Professional Relations Manager

We have an immediate need for an experienced Professional Relations Manager to develop campaigns and ideas targeted at revenue-generating opportunities, and to forge industry/professional relationships needed to fund and execute these ideas. This will include direct involvement in Levin Group new business development, sales and marketing, in coordination with senior level management. The position is also responsible for raising the profile and awareness of the company’s founder as a leverage point for greater Levin Group exposure aimed at creating high quality business-generating opportunities for the company. The Professional Relations Manager is responsible to generate approximately 10% of the new client leads necessary to meet annual corporate goals.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Public Relations experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing corporate-level social media activity
  • Strong ability to network
  • Proven track record of successful relationship building and nurturing
  • Excellent and demonstrated writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Conservative professional demeanor and outgoing personality
  • Comfort with daily interaction with senior level management
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Public Relations industry certification a plus
  • Knowledge of dental industry a plus
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Familiarity with and ability to use PR bureaus for distribution
